Med/Surg/Critical Care Leadership Group

The Medical/Surgical/Critical Care Leadership Group is a dynamic team consisting of Clinical Directors, Managers, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Physicians.

Members also include a representative from Nursing Research, a Patient Advisor and a Nurse Executive for input on committee goals and strategies.

The purpose of our diverse leadership group is the promotion of KP’s mission, goals, and commitment to quality care. Through the vision of our leaders, we capitalize on their synergy to innovate, share, optimize and operationalize evidence-based practices to deliver extraordinary care to every patient, every time.

This interdisciplinary team formulates goals, designs strategies, and executes recommendations for improvements in patient care. Through collaboration and communication we develop and modify workflow changes, striving to reduce variation and encourage standardization.
